NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2024 -- Bat Around®, the new app and software that is gamifying hitting for teams, players and novices, was featured for fans attending the Colorado Rockies Fest at Coors Field on Saturday, Jan. 27.
Rockies Fest attendees went into the visiting team’s batting cage to swing the bat to play the game and see their results in real time on video monitors. Bat Around co-founder Clint Hurdle was on-hand during the day. Hurdle is also Special Assistant to the General Manager for the Rockies.

The Bat Around experience was open to all attendees of Fan Fest and included autograph sessions, behind-the-scenes fan experiences, kids activities and much more. All proceeds benefited the Colorado Rockies Foundation.
Bat Around, powered by HitTrax, is a game for all ability levels and is currently available for download for batting cages and entertainment locations. Bat Around is free to download in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
In the Bat Around app, players can get all of their statistics, including our proprietary Bat Around Metric, or BAM, score. They can also create a digital player card to share and can access pro tips through videos from the Hitting Legends Council, whose members have more than 29,000 collective professional hits.
